# Bridged

## <mark style="color:orange;">What are the Bridged?</mark>

The Bridged are the second faction of The Fracture. A 9,999 supply art collection released on the 10th May 2022.\
They are Humans that have become obsessed with technological development and modifying their biology beyond return. Not long after the Bridged had figured out how to harness complete immortality the Gods appeared. The Bridged are at war with the Gods, protecting what they know to be true. Who needs Gods when you can become one.

## <mark style="color:orange;">The Bridged Upgrade</mark>

The Bridged will be upgradeable into a new collection called Ixarus in 2023. This will include a brand new artwork direction and new gamified utility in our Idle Game. Read more about Ixarus [here](/the-fracture/main-factions/ixarus.md).&#x20;

## <mark style="color:orange;">What is the Utility of the Bridged?</mark>

Bridged can be sent on Missions, which is a gamified staking platform built by The Fracture. Read more about the details of Missions in the 'Bridged Missions' section under Gamification & Utility.

Send your Bridged on Missions to get $resources which can be used to build Outposts and generate upgrade Vials. Upgrading your Bridged will give you premium utility in our Idle game. $Resources are also planned to have utility built into our Idle game, which is coming soon.
